These terms cover your use of BuyAdsHQ, a self-serve service operated by Iliad Media Group Holding Inc. ("we", "us") for buying radio advertising on our stations. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.
1. Who can use BuyAdsHQ
You must be at least 18 and authorized to buy advertising for your business. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for orders placed from your account.
2. Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars, per station, before you pay. Your order covers the package, stations and flight dates shown at checkout.
- You pay in full by card at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
- Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Your ad content
- BuyAdsHQ helps draft your script with an AI tool and plays a preview recording. The preview is a guide only, for listening on BuyAdsHQ. It isn't the final broadcast version and can't be downloaded.
- You're responsible for reviewing and approving your script. You confirm that its claims, offers, prices and contact details are accurate and lawful, and that you have the rights to any names, trademarks and other material in it.
- Every ad is reviewed by us before it airs. We may edit an ad, ask for changes or decline it to meet broadcast law, FCC rules or station standards. If we decline an ad, our Refund Policy applies.
- You give us permission to produce, broadcast and stream your ad on our stations for your campaign.
4. Scheduling
Spots run during your flight dates in the rotation set by your package. We don't guarantee exact air times, and audience figures shown are estimates. If we miss a spot, we'll run a make-good or refund it as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Ads we don't accept
We don't run ads that are false or misleading, illegal, infringing, or that don't meet broadcast standards or our station policies. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Disclaimers and limits
BuyAdsHQ is provided "as is." We don't promise any particular sales or results from your advertising. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any dispute will be handled in its state or federal courts.
