BuyAdsHQ is operated by Iliad Media Group Holding Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use BuyAdsHQ, why, and who we share it with. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email, and the sign-in method you choose (email and password, Google, Apple, Facebook or GitHub).
- Business and contact details: business name, website, contact name, phone number and email.
- Campaign details: your market, package, stations, flight dates, promotion, call to action, tone, language, scripts and producer notes, plus the preview audio we generate.
- Billing details: your billing address. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's payment page and never reach our servers. We only keep a payment reference.
- Technical data: basic request logs and error reports (such as pages requested, time and browser), used to keep the service running.
How we use it
- To create your account, build your campaign and take payment.
- To produce, schedule and air your ads, and to bill and support you.
- To follow up about your campaigns. Our sales team may contact you about your account.
- To send marketing emails (radio tips and offers) only if you opt in when you place an order. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order and service emails don't depend on this choice.
- To keep BuyAdsHQ secure and fix problems.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run BuyAdsHQ, each for its own part:
- Stripe: payments and receipts.
- Google (Firebase and Google Cloud): sign-in, data storage and audio storage.
- Google Gemini: your campaign details are sent to it to draft your script and generate preview audio.
- HubSpot: our customer records, so our sales and traffic teams can schedule your ads and support you.
- DigitalOcean: hosting.
- Resend: support and notification emails.
- vCreative: our radio production system; your business name, approved script and campaign dates are sent there so our team can produce your ad.
- Our radio stations and traffic systems, so your ads can air.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Stripe's payment page may set its own cookies for fraud prevention.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as we need them for billing, tax and legal purposes. Preview audio is stored with your order.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep some records, such as payments and invoices, where the law requires it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and card data stays with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
BuyAdsHQ is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18.
